  I absolutely love this place. Every single time I've come in I've felt like every employee I've talked to has cared about my questions, concerns, and needs. Never once have I felt pressured into a buy or talked to about things I didn't want until I got them. I came in having at least some idea of what I was there for that time and had such a fun shopping experience there. So much so I may be working there soon. I can't wait.

  I really liked this shop! they have very good products and were very polite when explaining everything to me. Now it is a little on the expensive side; with 2 oz never going below $7. But the actual tea smells and taste great, and loose tea is much healthier for you then tea bags.

  these sales people are like used car salesmen. they do not understand what the word no means. i would be more inclined to spend money in their business, if i was allowed to just come in and buy what i need without having to have 8 other things overly suggested to me. the other thing is that i get that those fancy cups reduce waste, but teabags are biodegradable, and your plastic contraption is made of petroleum products.
