  First, let me say that I really love me some beef ribs! Until I discovered Jim's, I had to wait for trips to KC to get good beef ribs. Not anymore! Jim's has become my favorite Omaha restaurant. All I have ordered is the beef ribs....but that's all I need. The ribs are meaty, smoked to perfection, and that sauce! You can get mild, medium, or spicy....I always get the medium. It's not in the best part of town and some reviewers have voiced concerns about this. Not a big deal to me. If you are worried, you never have to even get out of your car as they have a drive-thru. Sometimes they run out of beef ribs, so best to get there before 6pm.
